Critically these have been developed in line with all current Government and HSE public health guidance.

IFSA & Chef Network Catering Business COVID-19 Operating Guidelines & Procedures
The Catering Business Operating Guidelines should be used by operators to adapt their workplace procedures and practices to comply fully with the COVID-19 related public health protection measures identified as necessary by the HSE. Please see appendix 1 for updated advice from the HSE Health Protection Surveillance Centre in relation to Controlled Environments and the relevant applications of 1 metre distancing. |
