EventHaus Builds on Strong Foundations with Leadership Appointments

As one of Ireland's leading event organisers, EventHaus has announced the appointment of Louise McLoughlin as Company Director and Rebecca Dunwoody as Managing Director, following a carefully planned leadership transition process.

Having worked closely alongside Founder and Managing Director, Garret Buckley, throughout the succession process, Louise and Rebecca will continue to lead the business alongside the experienced EventHaus team, ensuring continuity for clients, partners and stakeholders. Garret will remain involved with the business in an advisory and consultancy capacity.

Founded in 2010, EventHaus has grown into one of Ireland's premier event management and exhibition companies, employing a team of 14 event specialists who design and deliver business-to-business and consumer events across Ireland and in Europe.

Trusted by industry organisations across multiple sectors including foodservice, catering, hardware, education and speciality coffee, EventHaus provides a complete end-to-end event delivery service. The company is responsible for the creation and management of some of Ireland's best-known events, including IFSA's CATEX, WorldSkills Ireland, the Hardware Show and The Wedding Show.

Louise McLoughlin, currently General Manager at EventHaus, and Rebecca Dunwoody, Head of Operations, bring more than 35 years of combined industry experience to their new roles.

Commenting on the announcement, Louise McLoughlin, Company Director of EventHaus, says: "Having worked alongside Garret for almost two decades, I've had the privilege of learning from one of the most respected professionals in the Irish exhibition industry. This announcement represents a natural progression for the business and follows a succession plan that has been in place for some time.

"Rebecca and I are proud to continue building on the strong foundations that have been established at EventHaus. Most importantly, it remains very much business as usual for our clients, exhibitors, sponsors and partners, who can continue to expect the same high standards, expertise and service they have always received from our team."

Rebecca Dunwoody, Managing Director of EventHaus, adds: "Louise and I have worked alongside Garret for many years and have been involved in the growth and development of EventHaus throughout that time.

"In our roles, we remain committed to delivering outstanding events and exhibitions while continuing to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Our focus remains exactly where it has always been - on creating exceptional experiences and delivering value for our clients."

Reflecting on the transition, Garret Buckley, Founder of EventHaus, concludes: "I'm incredibly proud of what we have built at EventHaus over the past 16 years. Ensuring continuity and a seamless transition was incredibly important to me, and Louise, Rebecca and I have worked hand-in-hand to make this a reality.

"Both have already played a significant leadership role within EventHaus for many years and have been instrumental to the company's success. I have complete confidence in their ability to lead the business forward and I look forward to continuing to support the team in an advisory capacity.”
