Food & Bev '14 competing against each other for the title of Derry Clarke Culinary Challenge Champion.
The challenge will comprise cooking a three course meal for 4 covers in a 2 hour competition.
The competing Sodexo Chefs attended a Cookery Masterclass with Derry in his Michelin star restaurant L'Ecrivain on Thursday, 28th November in preparation for the main event at Food & Bev Live. Each chef will replicate Derry's dishes from the Masterclass adding there own style and twist.
Derry Clarke has been working with Sodexo for the past five years on Culinary training, signature dishes, Chef Competitions and chef mentoring programmes. Derry will also be testing their knowledge on the big stage and will be chairperson of the judging panel.
The winner will be announced after the Champions Gala Dinner that evening at the Red Cow Hotel.
