Keystone Group Overall Winners at the Inaugural Innovation Awards for the HAI Hardware Show 2015

Pictured at the presentation of the inaugural Innovation Awards for the HAI Hardware Show 2015 (15-16 Feb) were: Chairman of the judging panel, Sean Gallagher, Helen and Peter Crowley, Regional Sales Manager Keystone Group (Overall Awards Winner) and HAI President Hugh O'Donnell.

The 2015 Hardware Show was the biggest event for the industry body to date at over 50% bigger than before and with visitor numbers exceeding expectation. During his speech HAI President Hugh O'Donnell commented, "This is our Association's largest ever show and we are collectively proud of it and encouraged by how it demonstrates the improving health of our sector.

At a well-attended breakfast briefing last Thursday 28th January The Hardware Show 2017 was officially launched by HAI Vice-President and Commercial Director, Grafton Merchanting ROI, Kieran Burke. Set for Sunday 5th and Monday 6th March with the President’s Ball on the evening of Saturday 4th March, the Show will make a return to RDS, Simmonscourt, this will allow both the exhibitor and visitor experience to be enhanced.

The new Food & Bev website is now live. Check out www.foodandbev.ie for updates on all plans for the show! Following the success of the first FOOD & BEV LIVE show in 2012, when over 50 of the top names in Irish Foodservice exhibited to more than 1,000 visitors, the event will once again take place in City West, Dublin on 11th February 2014.

The all new 'Hospitality Advice Clinic & Consultation Point' will be a new feature at Food & Bev Live giving visitors the opportunity to stay up to date on relevant topics within the Hospitality & Foodservice Industries which will be presented in a seminar style format. The clinic presents visitors with a dedicated seminar area addressing key hospitality issues, advice, one-to-one consultations and access to industry professionals over the course of the day.

Five new World Champions were crowned, thousands of coffee professionals were educated and inspired, more than 4,000 visitors met with 1,000 exhibitors, and one new World Champion got engaged when the Nordic World of Coffee arrived in Gothenburg last week.
