The Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance (IFSA) is proud to announce the launch of CATEX 2015, which will take place at the RDS, Dublin on 17-19 February 2015. This is a very exciting year for the event as it celebrates its 50th anniversary (biennial event CATEX has been the highlight of the foodservice calendar since 1965!) and to mark the occasion IFSA is promising to serve up the greatest foodservice event to date.Sponsored once again by Bunzl and Calor, CATEX 2015 promises to be bigger and better than ever. With more than 10,000 visitors anticipated to visit the RDS for the 15,000 metre jubilee show, the industry’s leading suppliers, operators and stakeholders will gather to promote products, exchange ideas, compete in chef, barista and cocktail championships, identify emerging and future trends, and inspire service excellence.
